ABOUT US
Self-Government of the Wielkopolska Region has for many years been conducting activities aimed at increasing the access of entrepreneurs to foreign markets. Winning new markets is the basis for ensuring the economic development of Wielkopolska's entrepreneurs, and consequently of the entire region.
The above objective is implemented by the Department of Economy of the Marshal's Office of the Wielkopolska Region within the framework of the non-competition project "Gospodarna Wielkopolska” [Resourceful Wielkopolska] co-financed within the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020, Measure 1.4: Internationalisation of regional economy, Sub-measure 1.4.2: Economic promotion of the region. Wielkopolska Region together with entrepreneurs at international fairs in order to present the economic potential of our region on foreign markets.

One of the tasks within this project is the participation of Wielkopolska Region along with entrepreneurs in international fairs in order to present the economic potential of our region on foreign markets.

Measures
The "Gospodarna Wielkopolska" project, implemented by the Department of Economy, encompasses promotional activities undertaken in three different areas:

promotion

including, among others, participation in international trade fairs, development of analyses of selected foreign markets in terms of the possibility of Wielkopolska entrepreneurs entering them, running an Internet platform www.markaw.pl.

including, among others, participation in international investment fairs, maintenance of an electronic database of investment offers (eBOI), development of the brochure "Invest in Wielkopolska" which constitutes support for potential investors.

the Wielkopolska brand

being a system of visual identification of the region, which includes an image campaign for the recognition of the region in the international arena, including, among others, the organization of an exhibition of the Wielkopolska Brand at non-European events such as conferences or fairs.
