Use of personal data

The Personal Data Controller processes personal data for the purposes of: carrying out the tasks of the "Gospodarna Wielkopolska" project, ensuring proper service for website users, providing evidence (i.e. necessary to investigate and establish claims), statistical, archiving and communication with website users. The data collected in cookies will be processed for a period consistent with the functioning of the cookies, the description of which is presented below. However, if your data is necessary to establish and pursue claims, it will be processed until the related case is completed and for the period necessary to fulfil the archiving obligation, i.e. for a period of at least 10 years from the end of the case (in accordance with the office instruction).

On the website, we store http requests directed to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our website. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. We also know:

  • the name of the client station - identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
  • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
