The RELOS3 project aims to improve regional innovation policy through better design of the support system for local economic environments, based on the exchange of knowledge and experiences with foreign partners. The project is built around the idea of implementing regional Smart Specialisation Strategies (RIS3) in the local context through an active involvement of the local authorities, innovation actors and entrepreneurs. 

The project involves six partners from six countries:

2. Metropolitan City of Bologna (Italy)
3. Malta Enterprise Corporation (Malta)
4. Local authority of Emmen (the Netherlands)
5. Wielkopolska Region (Poland)
6. Economic Development Agency of Sabadell (Sabadell, Spain, Lead Partner)
