The Modern medical technologies area covers new technologies helpful in fighting rare and lifestyle diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases and cancer, as well as pharmaceutical technologies with a potential for commercialisation and responding to the demand from enterprises. Within this area, inter alia the following will be developed:
